Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our homemade body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. However, we want to ensure you have a great experience with our products.

Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. 

Refunds Refunds may be issued in special cases at our discretion. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to me at contact@getheavenscent.com or 256-495-8616 within 3 days of receiving your product.

Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
